Content of Sports Certificate:

1- Date: A sports certificate starts with the date on the very upper right side. Usually, it is blank by default, in order to make it more accurate as per the event’s date or match’s date. It follows a common date format that starts with day, month and year.
2- Title of Certificate: A title of certificate is posted in the top center area of the certificate. It can be simple as well as specific title based on requirements. Moreover, it comes with a bold font style with a bigger font and color to make it more prominent.
3- Name of Player: Immediately after the title, there comes the space for the player’s name who is selected for this honor. Since it is unknown until the date of the match or event, there is a simple space provided with a blank bold line. The organizer or authorized official can fill in the name after the event or match is over. There are certain cases where these awards are presented after the event. Therefore, the certificate creator can write a name with the different font style.
4- Chief Guest: This area is provided to appreciate the presence of the chief guest. Usually, it is already filled as everyone knows the name of the chief guest. However, in certain cases, it can be left unfilled.
5- Details: The body area of the certificate usually consists of some details regarding the tournament or event as well as location address. This area can be expended based on requirements, but usually two separate lines are given for details.
6- Signatures: In the bottom area of the certificate, there should be ample space for officials to post their signatures. 7- Special Note: At the end of the bottom area, there is a space for special notes. It usually consists of two or three lines, where a few words can be written while presenting the award or after the award is presented. It can be lines either from the chief guest or by the nominated person.
